The Consortium is formed by companies whose social purpose is not-competetive and complementary. The companies adherent to a principle of exclusive co-operation with particular conditions that favour a common development on the middle and long term.

Profits

The companies receive profits according to the agreements and contracts established between them. The companies, forming part of the Consortium, receive a percentage (to be determined) on the entirety of the business results. The Consortium favours useful business relations in the development of each company and of the group.

Functioning

The companies will determine together the 'interior order' which will favour the signature of a co-operation contract of the entirety of the companies in the Consortium to achieve a healthy Win-Win situation. The companies will agree on the exclusiveness and the agreements.

Financing

The companies that form part of the Consortium agree on an entry budget of 2,500€ TTC, the amount necessary for its functioning: daily business, internal and daily management, office rental and its costs, search for private and institutionial funding, representation costs. Salaries are not taken into account. Exceptional projects: shared decision and/or between the concerned structures.

Consortium C18 is a forceful grouping of competences, material, infrastructures, human resources and finances, necessary for the development of cultural productions. An interactive policy between the Consortium C18 member companies which favours the exchange and relations between C18, as well as the external relations for the development of all its membres. This philosophy allows the principle of cultural productions with limited risks of which the institutional subsudies or partnerships are considered as a bonus, strengthening financial potential. Consortium C18 aims entirely at cultural entrepreneurship.
